Yirmiahu wrote the book of Aicha. There are four main themes in Aicha.
one. Theological- repent what you did bad. G-d controls history.
two. Moral-Without commitments, and actions everything's meaningless.
three. Political- Don't form an alliance with something.
four. Historical-"Gd is pulling the strings behind the scene" and how to survive in exile.
The structure of Megiliot Aicha is that there are 22 letters in the alphabet and there's 22pesukim. The reason why it's like that because it show's you how everything connects. If you look at the word איכה is איך which means how and it indicates pain, it's like a wow, or a sign.
Aicha is a lot sadder then Kohelet. We read it on Tishabav. It's supposed to let us know that we did something bad and we have to realize that because we sinned.
